My specialty lies in balayage and creative color, where I focus on enhancing your natural beauty through custom hair designs tailored just for you. As a business owner, my greatest joy comes from delivering exceptional customer service and making sure every client feels seen, heard, and valued in my chair. I believe every appointment is more than a service—it’s a connection. Education is everything to me. I’m constantly investing in learning new skills and refining my craft so I can stay inspired and offer the very best to those I serve. Outside of the salon, I’m a proud mama to two beautiful kids—Arrianna, my sweet girl, and Matthew, my wild little adventurer. I’m also a dog mom to two lovable fur babies. Cancellation Policy
A card on file is required to schedule any appointment. This card is used to secure your time with Reyna and will ONLY be charged in the event you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice.
In this event, the card on file will be charged a cancellation fee for 50% of the service scheduled. If you do not show up to your appointment without any notice, this is considered a "no show." In this case you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled as well as a nonrefundable deposit will be necessary to schedule another appointment. If a client "no shows" two times you will no longer be able to schedule with Reyna.
If you are going to be 15 minutes or more late to your scheduled appointment time we may need to reschedule your appointment or alter your service. You also may be subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee.
